Alessandro Procopio joins Aitronik as a young and brilliant engineer, who graduated with honors in Robotics and Automation Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2020.
During his academic career, he was a member of the E-Team Squadra Corse, contributing to the development of localization algorithms for the team’s driverless vehicle, and spent six months at Siemens Industry Software in Leuven, Belgium. 🌍
Today, he’s working on innovative technologies for place recognition using 2D laser scans, leveraging geometric feature correlations, and optimizing robotics software tools designed for parallel processor architectures. ⚙️ Alessandro has already made a concrete contribution to our projects here at Aitronik!
